Yourtravelcover.com provides annual multi-trip and single trip travel insurance with three levels of cover including:
- Silver is the most basic cover level
- Gold represents the mid-level offering
- Platinum is the highest level of cover
Here’s what you get with Yourtravelcover.com annual and single trip travel insurance:
Cancellation and curtailment covers any non-refundable unused travel and accommodation costs if you’re forced to cancel or cut your trip short.
You can claim up to £3,500, £3,000 and £1,300 for cancellation/curtailment with Platinum, Gold and Silver respectively.
Delayed/missed departure cover if there’s a delay of 12 hours or more, up to a maximum of £100 with Silver, £200 for Gold and £1,000 with Platinum.
This also insures you for missed departure, covering additional travel and accommodation costs if you arrive too late to travel on booked transport. You can get up to £250 for missed departure with Silver, and £500 with Gold and Platinum.
Personal accident cover offers a lump sum pay-out of £25,000 with all Yourtravelcover.com travel insurance policies if an accident results in loss of limb/sight or permanent disablement.
For accidents that result in death, the pay-out can be £5,000, £10,000 and £25,000 with Silver, Gold and Platinum respectively.
Emergency medical expenses for emergency medical treatment and repatriation when you’re on holiday abroad. You get up to £10 million of emergency medical expenses cover with all annual multi-trip and single trip policies.
Personal possessions are covered up to £1,000, £1,500 and £2,000 with Silver, Gold and Platinum respectively, insuring your belongings against loss, theft or damage.
Personal money cover means you can claim up to £150 for the loss of personal money with Silver, £300 with Gold, and £350 with Platinum cover. Personal money cover insures cash or money that you carry with you or leave in a safety deposit box.
Loss of passport and travel documents that you carry with you or leave in a safety deposit box are covered up to £200 with Silver, £250 with Gold and £350 with Platinum.
Personal liability provides £2 million of cover with all annual multi-trip and single trip travel insurance policies should someone make a legal claim against you and you’re found to be liable.
This includes cover for injury to another person or damage to their property that you have caused.
Legal protection if you need to claim compensation due to illness, death or personal injury offers up to £25,000 with Platinum, £15,000 with Gold and £10,000 with Silver.
Discounts for children are offered for children under 18 when they are included on a single trip policy with an adult.
COVID-19 cover offers:
- Cover for cancellation if you get COVID-19 within 14 days of departure.
- Cover for emergency medical treatment and repatriation if you fall ill with COVID-19 while abroad.
