How do I claim my rewards?

Once you’ve got a quote and bought car, home or van insurance through Confused.com, you can claim your rewards by logging in to your Confused.com account.

In your account, go to ‘Rewards’ and ‘Claim your reward’. Here you can choose your main reward and fill out our claim form. You’ll need to enter some information about the policy you bought, such as the insurer you bought with and your policy number, so we can verify your claim.

We’ll then verify your reward claim, this usually takes 3 days but can take up to 14 working days. Once we’ve verified your claim, we’ll send you an email with everything you need to know about how to use your reward and when to use it by. 
Your first Greggs hot drink is available as soon as your claim has been verified. You can redeem it by downloading or opening the Confused.com app and logging into your account. A new hot drink will unlock in your app each month for a year.

What happens after I’ve claimed?

We'll verify your reward claim, this usually takes 3 days but can take up to 14 working days. Your rewards tracker will show you the latest status of any rewards including any eligible bonus app rewards.

Your tracker will show you when your claim has been verified and when your reward is ready to use.

Once we have verified your claim, we'll send you your reward email with everything you need to know about how to use your erward and when to use it by. Make sure you reveal the reward in your email within 30 days.

Who can claim a reward?

To get your main reward and 12 hot drinks, you’ll need to have bought either a single annual car, van or home insurance policy (buildings and/or contents) through Confused.com.

How many times can I claim?

Every time you buy car, home or van insurance! So you could buy both car and home insurance through Confused.com and get two rewards plus 24 hot drinks from Greggs.

When will I get my free hot drinks?

Once you’ve chosen your main reward and your claim has been verified, you’ll receive a reward email letting you know your first hot drink is ready to use in the Confused.com app. Your first monthly hot drink is available from the date your reward email is sent.

I’ve bought car, home or van insurance. How do I get my reward?

Start by downloading or opening the Confused.com app. Then, go to the "Rewards" section and log in to your account.

Once logged in, tap "Add reward to wallet." We'll need to verify your purchase by checking some details about your policy, such as your policy number and the insurance company you chose. This typically takes 3 days, but it could take up to 14 days in some cases.

After your reward is verified, you'll receive an email or push notification letting you know it's ready to use. You can then redeem your wallet balance with our range of brands.

How do I choose an eGift Card?

Once you’ve added your reward to your wallet, tap ‘Redeem’ to convert your wallet balance to an eGift Card.

Remember, you can split your wallet balance across multiple eGift Cards if you’d like – just make sure you redeem your wallet balance within 12 months of adding it to your wallet.

How do the eGift Cards work?

When you redeem your wallet balance you'll choose from a variety of brands. The way you spend eGift Cards varies by brand. Some have a unique code for a cashier to scan, while others might use a string of numbers you enter on a website. Each eGift Card will come with clear instructions on how to use it & we'll clearly indicate whether the eGift Card can be used online or in-store before you select it.

You'll be able to view your eGift Cards in the Confused.com app for 3 months after redemption. However, the actual expiry date depends on the brand you choose. The expiry date will be conveniently displayed on the eGift Card itself, so you can keep track of it.

How will I know once my reward is ready?

Once verified, the reward value will be added to your wallet and an email or push notification will be sent to you. To turn on push notifications, go to “Notifications Settings” In the settings section of the Confused.com app.

Who can claim?

This offer only applies to customers who have received an exclusive invite via email. If you haven’t received the exclusive invite email, please take a look at our Main Rewards.

When will I get my free hot drinks?

Once your reward claim has been verified, your first monthly hot drink will be available in the app to use. You’ll then be able to access monthly coffees from the 1st of each month.

Do I need to download the app in order to access my reward?

Yes, your reward is only accessible through the Confused.com app. For more information or to download the app please see our app page.

Can I access my reward without logging in to my account?

No, to redeem or use your reward you will need to be logged in. Without logging in we aren’t able to verify or save any rewards in your wallet.
