When we’re not busy saving you pounds, we’re busy raising them!
No challenge is too big or small. We always have plenty of volunteers who are passionate about putting their time to good use - helping those in need.
Make Some Noise charity sponsorship
We’re the headline sponsor for Global's Make Some Noise charity this year. They support projects up and down the country that deliver life-changing work for young people and their families.
This year the national fundraising day is on Thursday 8th October. Our very own BRIAN the Robot is making an appearance alongside a number of other celebrities.
Here’s a picture of BRIAN at Global’s London HQ, helping to raise money for this amazing cause.
Charity of the year: Sands
Each year Confused.com employees vote for the charity that they’d like the whole company to support. Once chosen, we are ambassadors for that chosen charity. We endeavour to raise as much money as possible with bake sales, bike races, sponsorships and lots of fun in the office.
This year we're working hard to fund-raise for Sands. Sands is a stillbirth and neonatal-death charity that supports anyone who's been affected by the death of a baby before, during or shortly after birth.
Support is offered in all kinds of ways - from offering emotional support to the parents, to providing practical information when the time is right. It also works closely with health professionals to prevent babies’ deaths.
This year, we've kickstarted with a bake sale and a sponsored spinathon. A few Confused.com folks even cycled 140 km in the Velothon Wales – raising over £1,800 for the charity.
And more recently, 36 members of our staff tackled 10 km and 50 gruelling obstacles at the Survival of the Fittest.
