When we’re not busy saving you pounds, we’re busy raising them!
No challenge is too big or small. We always have plenty of volunteers who are passionate about putting their time to good use - helping those in need.
Charity of the year: Sands
Each year Confused.com employees vote for the charity that they’d like the whole company to support. Once chosen, we are ambassadors for that chosen charity. We endeavour to raise as much money as possible with bake sales, bike races, sponsorships and lots of fun in the office.
This year we're working hard to fund-raise for Sands. Sands is a stillbirth and neonatal-death charity that supports anyone who's been affected by the death of a baby before, during or shortly after birth.
Support is offered in all kinds of ways - from offering emotional support to the parents, to providing practical information when the time is right. It also works closely with health professionals to prevent babies’ deaths.
We've kick started our year with a bake sale and a sponsored spinathon. Plus we have 42 members of staff in training for the Survival of the Fittest in September.
We always work hard to raise as much money as we can for our charity of the year. Members of our staff recently cycled 140km in the Velothon Wales - raising over £1,800 for the charity.
