Background:
Tom joined Confused.com in 2009, bringing experience from the banking sector. From starting as a Commercial Manager, Tom quickly became an invaluable member of the Confused.com team. He progressed to be General Manager of Home and Lifestyle insurance lines. Here he uses his experience in the industry to provide excellent product experiences, propositions and value to customers.
As General Manager, Tom leads the development and growth of Home and Lifestyle products. He closely monitors customer feedback, market trends and regulatory changes to ensure that we are offering unique propositions, and supporting customers to help them make the right decision when they shop for insurance.
For more than a decade, Tom’s work has been key in driving innovation and improving customer choice. For instance, thinking about how we can reduce the number and complexity of questions asked, in order to help customers more easily navigate the insurance quote process. Through his work, Confused.com helps to drive the market in order to further develop our customer-focused propositions, offering the right products at the best prices in an ever-changing market.
