Here are some FAQs that may help you with claiming your Reward. If you can't find an answer to your query, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

How does the coronavirus affect my reward?

We appreciate that the current coronavirus situation may mean that you can't use your reward straight away. Just to reassure you, all our rewards are valid for at least 90 days.

How do I claim my reward?

Once you’ve got a quote and bought car or home insurance through, claim your reward through your account here.

What happens after I’ve claimed?

We’ll need to verify your purchase with your provider, which could take up to 14 working days. Make sure you give us all the correct information when you claim your reward, like the name of the provider and the policy number, as it could help to speed up your claim.  

Once we’ve verified your purchase, we’ll send you an email containing a unique code which you’ll need to reveal within 40 days. When you reveal your code, there will be useful information about how to use your reward and when you need to use it by. 

Who can claim a reward?

To get your reward, you’ll need to have bought either a single annual car or home insurance policy (buildings and/or contents) through on or after 1st February 2020.

Is there a time limit to make a claim for my Reward?

Once you get your car or home insurance quote and have bought from your chosen insurer, you’ll have 40 days to claim your Reward.

How many times can I claim?

Every time you buy car or home insurance! So you could buy both car and home insurance through and get two rewards.

What if I have cancelled my policy within the policy cancellation period?

If you cancel your policy, then you won’t be eligible to receive a reward.

When does my Reward expire?

When you hit reveal in your reward email, you'll be taken to a web page showing you your reward code. The page will also display the date that your reward is valid until. If you’ve chosen the £20 Shell fuel reward, it will be valid for 90 days once it’s been loaded onto your Shell Go+ account.

If I change my mind, can I have a different Reward?

No. Once you’ve made your choice you won’t be able to change your reward.

I haven't received my reward, what can I do?

Your reward tracker will provide any updates on the status of your chosen reward. You can find this through your account here.

If it's been more than 14 working days since you claimed and you haven't received an email with more details about your rewards, contact us here and we'll look into it for you.
