Terms and conditions

  • Bookings can be made directly via www.lastminute.com only and cannot be made through any other 3rd party websites.
  •  
  • The voucher entitles the bearer to £20 credit and can be used against the following products only: “Hotels”, “Flight + Hotel” (holiday packages) or “Eurostar” (train + hotel packages)”.
  •  
  • The voucher is to be used by, and not after 1st August 2021. Travel must be booked before this date but actual travel dates can be further in advance.
  •  
  • The voucher cannot be combined with other voucher codes, discounts, promotions or cash back activities. Please note that voucher's code has to be applied before confirming the booking and not as a deposit payment method.
  •  
  • The voucher is only valid for payments made through the lastminute.com website: if you are presented with a ‘pay on arrival’ option for a hotel reservation, you won’t be able to redeem your voucher to pay for it.
  •  
  • The voucher can be used on more than one transaction, until the available credit is entirely spent, or the expiry date has passed. It can also be combined with a credit/debit card in case of bookings where the price exceeds the value of the voucher.
  •  
  • A maximum of one voucher can be used per transaction.
  •  
  • The voucher cannot be given to third parties, sold or converted into money. It is not partially or wholly reimbursable, even in case of loss or theft.
  •  
  • If a booking is later cancelled, the voucher will become void and a replacement voucher will not be issued.
  •  
  • Bookings are made subject to availability.
  •
