HelloFresh Reward Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions:

  • Once a successful claimant has revealed their HelloFresh reward code on the reward reveal page, they will have 12 months to redeem their reward.
  • Customers must be 18 or over.
  • To redeem this reward, you will be required to have an active HelloFresh account. If you do not have an existing HelloFresh account, you will be advised at the point of reward issuance on how to create one.
  • The reward grants the redeemer a free 2 person x 3 meal box, including shipping costs worth £29.99. If a larger first box selection is chosen, additional charges will apply and the redeemer will be liable to cover the additional costs.
  • As part of this reward, both new and existing HelloFresh accountholders will also be entitled to £15 off their next 3 boxes should they wish to continue their subscription.
  • As part of the standard HelloFresh registration process, new customers will be required to provide card details. Once redeemed you will be signed up to a flexible weekly subscription.
  • You may amend your subscription preferences or choose to deactivate or cancel your HelloFresh account after redeeming your free box as part of Confused.com Rewards.
  • To avoid being charged for further boxes after your free one, you need to cancel your subscription by midnight four days before your next delivery is due. If your delivery location is in Northern Ireland the deadline is midnight five days before your next delivery is due.
  • If you do not pause or cancel your subscription before the deadline date you will receive and be charged for subsequent deliveries in accordance with the box selected in your account settings. 
  • Pausing or cancelling your subscription can be done via your account settings on www.hellofresh.co.uk.
  • Maximum of one free box reward can be redeemed per HelloFresh account.
  • Voucher codes are not redeemable in relation to any premium meal selections or surcharge items as confirmed on our website during the checkout process.
  • Not valid for gift or trial boxes.
  • Valid for UK residents only (including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey), excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands.
  • Cannot cater for dietary requirements.
  • Cannot be substituted for any cash value.
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
