HelloFresh Reward Terms and Conditions

The free recipe box reward will be subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • Once a successful claimant has revealed their HelloFresh reward code on the reward reveal page, they will have 12 months to redeem their reward.
  •  
  • Customers must be 18 or over.
  •  
  • To redeem this reward, you will be required to have an active HelloFresh account. If you do not have an existing HelloFresh account, you will be advised at the point of reward issuance on how to create one.
  •  
  • The reward grants the redeemer a free 2-person x 3 meal box, including shipping costs worth £33.48. Additional delivery fees apply to Northern Ireland deliveries. If a larger first box selection is chosen, additional charges will apply, and the redeemer will be liable to cover the additional costs.
  •  
  • If you’ve incurred the Northern Ireland delivery charge of £3.99 on an order placed using a Confused.com reward code with a Northern Ireland address, you will need to contact The Confused.com Rewards Team at MLP directly via the online contact us form here. You'll need to provide the email address linked to your HelloFresh account and the Confused.com Reward code linked to your free recipe box order. This is so that MLP can request a refund of the £4.99 delivery fee on your behalf with HelloFresh. The refund will be credited to the bank account registered on the HelloFresh account you incurred the delivery fee on.

  • The Northern Ireland delivery charge refund will be processed in arrears by HelloFresh and will not be refunded automatically.
  •  
  • As part of this reward, both new and existing HelloFresh account holders will also be entitled to free delivery on the next four boxes. RRP of standard delivery charge is £4.99 equating to a saving of £19.96.
  •  
  • As part of the standard HelloFresh registration process, new customers will be required to provide card details. Once redeemed you will be signed up to a flexible weekly subscription.
  •  
  • You may amend your subscription preferences or choose to deactivate or cancel your HelloFresh account after redeeming your free box as part of Confused.com Rewards, as per the below timeframe.
  •  
  • To avoid being charged for further boxes after your free one, you need to cancel your subscription by midnight five days before your next delivery is due.
  •  
  • If you do not pause or cancel your subscription before the deadline date you will receive and be charged for subsequent deliveries in accordance with the box selected in your account settings.
  •  
  • Pausing or cancelling your subscription can be done via your account settings on www.hellofresh.co.uk.
  •  
  • Maximum of one free box reward can be redeemed per HelloFresh account, per household.
  •  
  • Voucher codes are not redeemable in relation to any premium meal selections or surcharge items as confirmed on our website during the checkout process.
  •  
  • Not valid for gift or trial boxes.
  •  
  • Valid for UK residents only (including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey), excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands.
  •  
  • Cannot cater for dietary requirements.
  •  
  • Cannot be substituted for any cash value.
  •  
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  •
