Ashlyn has been immersed in the mortgage industry for over eight years, beginning her career working as a mortgage administrator at an independent brokerage. This sparked a passion for helping people achieve homeownership, so much so that Ashlyn switched career paths from aspiring lawyer to CeMAP-certified mortgage professional.

After three years as a mortgage paraplanner, deepening her knowledge of the mortgage market and lender criteria, she stepped confidently into the role of mortgage advisor and has been thriving in the role for nearly four years. Ashlyn enjoys working alongside a team that shares her commitment to delivering exceptional experiences by combining technical knowledge with a people-first approach.

Whether helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership, supporting clients in expanding their buy-to-let property portfolios or guiding homeowners through the remortgage process, Ashlyn is genuinely passionate about her role and the ever-evolving mortgage market.

Ashlyn’s home buying journey

Ashlyn’s work in the mortgage industry gave her a thorough understanding of the process, enabling her to become a homeowner at just 19. At 21, she sold that property and moved into her second home. She’s currently looking for her new home, which she hopes will be her ‘forever’ home for the next decade or so. In her own words: “I love mortgages, but I don’t like moving home and having to pack and unpack!”
