1. The promoter of this Offer is Inspop.com Limited trading as Confused.com, whose registered office is at Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff CF10 3AL (Confused.com).
2. The Offer is hosted and managed by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (registered company in England and Wales 06467245) on behalf of Confused.com. Customer data will be shared with The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited strictly to the extent necessary to process, verify and issue the Reward and to answer any related customer queries.
3. The Offer is open to UK customers of Confused.com aged 18 and over, who purchase a car insurance policy (which can be verified by Confused.com) during the Promotional Period (as defined below). The Offer is only valid when you click through from the Confused.com email promoting the Offer and make a qualifying purchase
4. The Offer applies only to customers who received an email from Confused.com promoting the £10 (ten pounds) Amazon.co.uk* Gift Card (the Incentive email) and buy a single annual car or home insurance policy through www.confused.com (the Website) via the Incentive email. Any other product, including but not limited to van, bike, short term or multi-car insurance products are excluded from the Offer.
5. Eligible customers may claim a £10 (ten pounds) Amazon.co.uk* Gift Card (the Reward). Customers will require access to the internet and a valid email address to redeem the Offer.
6. The Offer starts on the 14th February 2022 and ends at 23:59pm on the 31st May2022 (the ‘Promotional Period’).
7. Customers using the Website will be bound by the Website terms and conditions.
8. In order to receive the Offer, the following process shall apply:
(1) Customers are required to buy a single annual car or home insurance policy via the Incentive email.
(2) An email will be sent to eligible customers using the email address provided when purchasing car or home insurance through Confused.com within 30 days of making a qualifying purchase (Offer Email).
(3)For security purposes, the Offer Email requires the Amazon.co.uk* Gift Card code to be revealed. Recipients will have 30 days from the Reward Email being sent to reveal the code. After this 30-day reveal code expires, there will be no access to the promotional code.
9. The Offer is valid for use on www.Amazon.co.uk until the dates show on the Amazon.co.uk* Gift Card.

11. The Offer is not transferrable, for sale, re-sale or auction. The offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and there is no cash alternative.
