When we’re not busy saving you pounds, we’re busy raising them!
At Confused.com we’re passionate about giving back to the community. Each year employees vote for the charity that they’d like the whole company to support. Once chosen, we’re ambassadors for that chosen charity.
This year we are supporting Marie Curie which is a charity close to our hearts. Our staff will be taking part in loads of events – such as bake sales, raffles, swimathon and pub quizzes to raise money for these charities.

Charity of the year 2018
The Marie Curie Hospice, Cardiff and the Vale (Holme Towers) supports local people living with any terminal illness, and their families. Their hospice is a warm welcoming place, where loved ones can be together in peaceful comfortable surroundings.
Each year our 30 bed hospice cares for and supports around 1,200 people. The Hospice at Home service also enables people across the area to stay in the familiar surroundings of their own homes with their loved ones as their illness progresses.
Charity of the year 2017: Disability Sport Wales
‘Transforming lives through the power of sport’, Disability Sport Wales helps to remove barriers that prevent an active lifestyle for disabled children and young people. It does this by creating a safe, welcoming and knowledgeable environment where sports take place.
“We now have over 23,000 disabled people who are members of sports clubs enjoying over 1.4m participation opportunities annually.”
This year a team of keen golfers from Confused.com are taking part in the annual charity golf tournament for Disability Sports Wales.
Charity of the year 2017: LATCH
The Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity supports children and their families who are being treated at the oncology unit at the Children’s Hospital of Wales. Providing on-site accommodation for parents and funding medical equipment for the oncology unit is just a small part of what they do.
No challenge is too big or small. We endeavour to raise as much money as possible for our chosen charities.
