ECJ ruling: car insurance gender division to be scrapped

How much are you paying for car insurance?

This calculator shows the average price that men and women currently pay for car insurance, also broken down by age and area. The gender divide is very noticeable, especially for drivers aged between 17 and 35.

But after 21 December 2012 it won’t be. So, if you’re a lady, it would be well worth comparing car insurance and getting the right policy before then.
