1. The prize draw is promoted by Inspop.com Limited (Confused.com), whose registered office is at Friary House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AE, and is subject to the following terms and conditions
2. The offer is open to residents of Great Britain, excluding employees and their immediate families of Confused.com, the Admiral Group, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion
3. Entrants must be over 18
4. Entry period is between 23rd July 2012 and 31st August 2012
5. All entries must be received by midnight on 31st August
6. The winners will be drawn at random within 28 days of the closing date
7. Entry into this prize draw is validated by purchasing a family travel insurance policy through Confused.com and providing a valid email address and telephone number
8. The prize is a family holiday for four (2 adults and 2 children under 18) to Florida departing on 20th July 2013 for 14 nights and includes £1000 spending money and Disney’s 14 Day Ultimate Pass
9. The prize is non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value
10. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to:
i. the terms and conditions of the prize draw;
ii. being contacted by Confused.com for marketing purposes
11. The prize winner will be notified by email from Confused.com
12. Winners must respond accepting the prize within 14 days of receiving notification of having won. In the event of non-acceptance or failure to accept within the specified period, Confused.com reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
13. The name of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to Confused.com Travel Insurance Holiday Competition, Confused.com, Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AL, after 30th September.
14. Only one entry per person will be applicable across the full competition period of 23rd July 2012 to 31st August 2012. In the event of duplicate entries, only the first submitted entry will be considered in the draw
15. Confused.com reserves the right to cancel or modify this prize draw at anytime at its sole discretion.
