I’ve completed my energy switch. When can I expect the cashback I was promised?

If you completed your switch application more than 16 weeks ago, you should by now be eligible for your cashback.

Once the 16 weeks have passed, feel free to email us and we’ll find out when you can expect it.

I’ve completed my switch application. How long will it be before I switch suppliers?

When you're switching suppliers there won't be a break in your service. It happens automatically and your bills are the only change you'll notice.

Once you've completed your switch application, you'll receive an email from us confirming the supplier you've chosen to switch to. You should then hear from your new supplier within the next 7-14 working days.

How do I cancel my switch?

You usually have a ‘cooling-off’ period of between 7 and 14 days to cancel your switch with no penalty - all you need to do is contact your new supplier to let them know you no longer want to switch.
