Youngsters like to think big for their holidays, a new study has shown - with nearly half of them calling for a trip to the moon.
While some children wish for more down-to-earth destinations such as Disney World in Florida, others would prefer a trip to CS Lewis' fantasy world, Narnia.
Online travel agency sunshine.co.uk surveyed 2,105 British parents with children aged three to eight, with youngsters asked about their ideal destinations.
Hogsmeade, the fantasy village in the Harry Potter stories, as well as Harry's school, Hogwarts, were other popular would-be holiday hotspots for youngsters. Many of the younger children also opted for Lapland, Winnie the Pooh's home of Hundred Acre Wood, and the Lion King's Pride Rock.
Earthly delights for older children included a trip to Australia, while others looked forward to a visit to SpongeBob SquarePants' underwater city of Bikini Bottom.
Sunshine.co.uk co-founder Chris Brown said: "Having four kids of my own, I know that mine would pick Disney over any destination, but it's incredibly cute to see that so many selected fictional destinations and the moon."
