The company has competitive rates and awards planetpoints to users, which are redeemable against such products as a DIY insulation kit, loft Insulation, boiler control system, and energy saving light bulbs.

Customers can also offset CO2 emissions from their gas usage, consume 100% renewable electricity, and purchase Renewable Obligations Certificates.
