- Up to £100,000 available for alternative accommodation if an incident means that you cannot live in your home
- Buildings insurance cover of £1,000,000 as standard
- Cover for students’ belongings whilst they are living away from home during term time
- A limit of £5,000 for business equipment
- Cover for garden contents (including plants) worth up to £1,000
- Cover of up to £12,000 for contents insurance
