Terms and conditions

• 1. The prize draw is promoted by Inspop.com Limited (Confused.com), whose registered office is at Floor 3, Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AL and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
• 2. The offer is open to residents of Great Britain, excluding employees and their immediate families of Confused.com, the Admiral Group, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• 3. Entrants must be over 18.
• 4. Entry period is between 1st February 2012 and 29th February 2012.
• 5. All entries must be received by midnight on 7th for the first draw, midnight on 14th for the second draw, midnight on 21st for the third draw and midnight on 29th for the fourth draw.
• 6. The winners will be drawn at random within 14 days of each closing date.
• 7. Entry into this prize draw is validated by completing a life insurance quote through Confused.com and providing a valid email address and telephone number.
• 8. The prize is an Apple iPad 2.
• 9. There are 4 iPad prizes to be won, 1 for each entry period.
• 10. The prize is non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value
• 11. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to:
  i. the terms and conditions of the prize draw;
  ii. being contacted by Confused.com for marketing purposes
• 12. Each prize winner will be notified by email from Confused.com
• 13. Winners must respond accepting the prize within seven days of receiving notification of having won. In the event of non-acceptance or failure to accept within the specified period, Confused.com reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
• 14. A full list of winners will be available by sending an SAE to Confused.com Life Insurance iPad Competition, Confused.com, Floor 3, Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AL, after 1st August 2011.
• 15. Only one entry per person will be applicable across the full competition period of February 1st 2012 to February 29th 2012 in the event of duplicate entries, only the first submitted entry will be considered in the draw.
• 16. Confused.com reserves the right to cancel or modify this prize draw at anytime at its sole discretion.
• 17. The prize will be dispatched as soon as available after the draw dates, Confused.com cannot be held liable for manufacturer supply delays
• 18. In all cases the promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 19. Confused.com accepts no liability or responsibility for entries lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access
• 20. This promotion and these terms and conditions of entry are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion
