Switch energy suppliers using Confused.com and receive up to £30 cashback 

  • This offer is valid for applications to switch gas and/or electricity made between February 20th 2012 until 23:59 hours on the March 7th 2012.
  • To be eligible for cashback you must submit an application to transfer to a new tariff and/or new supplier via Confused.com between the above dates
  • An application will be classified as successful when a status is reported back to Confused.com by the new supplier declaring it is successful, i.e. you are on supply with the new tariff or supplier.
  • Cashback available is £15 per single fuel switch (gas or electricity) or to a maximum of £30 for a duel fuel switch.  No alternatives are available and is non-transferable.
  • Offer is limited to one cashback amount per household.
  • Customers entitled to receive cashback will receive payment within 8 - 10 weeks of completion of the switch (typically cashback will be paid 16 - 20 weeks from the application date).
  • Confused.com will pay all eligible cashback directly to the bank account as provided as part of the application via BACS transfer.  For switches to a tariff which did not require inputting bank details, payment shall be made via cheque sent to the billing address submitted in the application.
  • Confused.com reserve the right to withhold cashback on applications that appear fraudulent until fully investigated.
  • This offer is limited and Confused.com reserve the right to remove or alter the offer or these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time.
  • Confused.com's decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.
  • Confused.com accepts no liability or responsibility for lost, delayed or undelivered applications, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.
