We have to wait for your insurer to confirm your purchase is through Confused.com, so as soon as that happens we will be able to issue your points.
The amount of time it takes for an insurance provider to get back to us varies. It could take up to:
- 90 days if claiming for car, home, motorcycle, van, pet or income protection insurance.
- 120 days if claiming for life insurance
If you are still within this time frame, please be patient for a little while longer.
If it's already been 90 days since you purchased your car, home, motorcycle, van, pet or income protection insurance policy, or 120 days since you purchased your life insurance policy, please get in touch with us if you haven't received your points and we'll look into it for you. Please include your Nectar card number and details of the policy you purchased when contacting us, so that we can investigate.
Please note: we are unable to investigate until the respective period has passed since you bought your policy.
