How can I claim Nectar points?

I'm afraid the Nectar claim form has now been removed from our website as our Nectar promotion ended at 23:59 on Wednesday 8th January 2014. 

Customers had 60 days from the date they purchased a policy to submit a claim form, as explained in the terms and conditions of the promotion.

I thought you were offering Nectar points - when did this stop?

The Nectar points promotion ended at 23:59 on Wednesday 8th January 2014.

When were you offering double Nectar points?

The double points promotion was a limited offer that commenced on the 13th December 2012 and finished on the 9th April 2013 (inclusive). Only purchases made during this time period were eligible for double points.

I've already claimed my points, when will I receive them?

We have to wait for your insurer to confirm your purchase is through Confused.com, so as soon as that happens we will be able to issue your points. 

The amount of time it takes for an insurance provider to get back to us varies. It could take up to:

  • 90 days if claiming for car, home, motorcycle, van, pet or income protection insurance.
  • 120 days if claiming for life insurance

If you are still within this time frame, please be patient for a little while longer.

If it's already been 90 days since you purchased your car, home, motorcycle, van, pet or income protection insurance policy, or 120 days since you purchased your life insurance policy, please get in touch with us if you haven't received your points and we'll look into it for you. Please include your Nectar card number and details of the policy you purchased when contacting us, so that we can investigate. 

Please note: we are unable to investigate until the respective period has passed since you bought your policy.

How can I check if I've received my points?

To check if your points have been credited, you can view your Nectar transaction history by logging into your account at www.nectar.com. Alternatively, you can contact Nectar by telephone or email and they can check this for you.
