A cwtch is for life, not just for Blue Monday so brighten up somebody's day and you could win a week in the sun!

Ahead of Blue Monday, the supposed most depressing day of the year, Confused.com are urging people to beat the January blues by sharing a cwtch. 

With many of the UK's Twitter users taking to the social networking site this month to vent their frustration at having the 'January Blues', Confused.com are encouraging social media users to spread a special kind of Welsh hug known as a 'cwtch' (pronounced cuch).

We've even created a 'Guide to the perfect cwtch' infographic to help you on your way.

The prizes

For one lucky winner, we're giving away a holiday for two to Tenerife courtesy of Teletext holidays.

How to enter
