Property dreams for the New Year

It’s not long until New Year and with that comes the promise of a fresh start and dreams of a good and better year to come.

Most of us have things we’d like to change in our lives or things we’d like to achieve, and for many twenty and even thirty-something’s, that dream is getting on the property ladder.

Having lived in London for a large part of my twenties, the property dream hasn’t been the easiest to achieve, but after moving to a smaller, more affordable city, I’m hoping this year will finally be the year my property-owning dreams come true. So what chance have I got against leading property market predictions?
