#pinforpoints Nectar competition

In March 2013 we asked “What would you do with a million Nectar points?” and asked you to create a Pinterest board with your Nectar points wish list. 50 lucky Pinners received 2000 Nectar points for their boards, and a grand prize of 60000 Nectar points was up for grabs for the best blog post that explained their choices.
The lucky winner of the grand prize was Angela Moore from Garden Tea Cakes and Me. Angela said,
“I am utterly delighted to have been selected as the big prize winner of your Nectar #pinforpoints competition and those 60,000 Nectar points really are going to make a difference. I'm going to add them to my existing balance, which is going to get me a much longed for Kenwood K and wait for it - a big chunk towards a brand new oven”.
Pancake Challenge competition
To celebrate Pancake Day, we challenged bloggers to come up with their healthiest and most creative pancakes. The winner, chosen by the Confused.com team, would win a Philips Airfryer.
The best pancake was awarded to Laura Agar Wilson from Keeping Healthy, Getting Stylish with her protein pancake combo. Laura said,
"I was over the moon to win the Pancake recipe challenge! I had never expected to win, so when I got the email I was chuffed to bits. I can't wait to start making healthier chips and other tasty treats in the Airfryer - my husband is going to be very happy!"
Scavenger Hunt competition
In October and November 2012 we hid clues around the Confused.com site and on its social networks to help you to find your friend Steve who disappeared after a wild night out in Paris. Whoever discovered the secret code found out what happened to Steve and were entered into the competition to win an iPad2 with accessories.
The lucky winner of the Scavenger Hunt competition was Wendy Tolhurst. Wendy told us:
"I was amazed to receive an email confirming I had won an iPad from the Confused.com Scavenger Hunt competition. Although I knew I had entered the competition, I never expected to win so had to send an email back asking for confirmation! The iPad and various accessories arrived in due course and has been an early Christmas present for me and my family - we have to arrange for the kids to have time limits so that everyone gets a turn.
It is great fun and, along with the iTunes voucher we received, provides a great deal of entertainment for everyone. We have downloaded a couple of films and numerous games, as well as a few apps. We made a four-hour journey the week before Christmas and took the iPad along for the ride - I have never known a journey pass so quickly and peacefully. Many thanks to Jamie and all at Confused.com for such a fantastic prize."

Travel blog competition - 'Favourite Winter getaway'
In Autumn 2012, we asked the travel blogging community for their tips on Winter breaks. The rules were simple, we wanted bloggers to submit a short post on "The best place for a winter break" (in the UK or abroad).
The prize on offer was a three night, five-star trip for two to Rome including a complimentary historical walking tour of Rome, all courtesy of our partner, Teletext holidays. As well as the trip, the winning post was included in a post on the Confused.com site and featured in one of our fortnightly email newsletters.
There could only be one winner and Hannah Oakes impressed us with her tale of a wintery trip to Windsor.
Hannah enjoyed her prize, travelling to Rome in February 2013: "Five years ago I threw a coin in the Trevi Fountain and sure enough I came back – thanks to the super guys at confused.com. I, we, have had a wonderful time. If you get the chance to go to Rome, do!” Hannah Oakes
